Home Page

The Home page is the hub of the website. Click on one of the large buttons in the center of the page to request records, check status, download records, and provide more information. You can also get to the same pages by clicking the corresponding menu item on the left side of the screen (on any page, not just the home page). You can access other pages by clicking on one of the links at the bottom of the page, such as Forms & Utilities. These links are shown every page, not just the Home page.

If your account has subaccounts or categories for different requests, there will be a drop-down list that allows to work in one of those subaccounts or categories. The list is indented to show the hierarchy of the subaccounts. Simply select one from the list, and you will see only those subaccount's requests when you check status or search requests; when you place an order, it will belong in the subaccount or category, and the preferences for the selected subaccount will be used on the order form. The account preferences can be set for the selected subaccount. To return to the master account, select "All" from the list (note that this is where you work by default after you log in). You can see which subaccount or category you are working in at any time by looking at the name in the upper right corner of the website or by returning to the home page and looking at the current item in the list.
